About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager with expertise in customer journey management to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty for our B2C app business.
- Owning the end-to-end customer journey strategy, from onboarding through retention, engagement, and reactivation.
- Planning, designing, and executing multi-channel campaigns via CleverTap/WebEngage/MoEngage to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Segmenting users effectively and developing personalized communication journeys to maximize impact.
- Analyzing campaign performance, user behavior, and retention metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborating with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to align lifecycle strategies with business goals.
- Experimenting with new ideas, A/B tests, and optimization tactics to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing / customer journey management for B2C app businesses.
- Proven hands-on experience in executing campaigns via CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry.
- 2+ years experience working with attribution and analytics tools such as Appsflyer, MixPanel, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, behavioral segmentation, and user journey optimization.
