About This Opportunity: We seek a seasoned retention marketing expert with deep expertise in customer lifecycle management to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty for our B2C app business. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to design and execute impactful campaigns that improve customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding through retention, engagement, and reactivation.
- Plan, design, and execute multi-channel campaigns via automated platforms to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Effectively segment users and develop personalized communication journeys to maximize impact.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and retention metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to align lifecycle strategies with business goals.
- Experiment with new ideas, A/B tests, and optimization tactics to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in retention marketing/customer lifecycle management for B2C app businesses.
- Proven hands-on experience in executing campaigns via automated platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry.
- 2+ years experience working with attribution and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, behavioral segmentation, and user journey optimization.
