Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Retention Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in engaging and retaining existing customers, driving substitution for medicines, and managing end-to-end funnel stage metrics. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys by applying growth principles.

The key objective of this role is to own and execute an engagement and retention program that will drive higher retention of different user cohorts and push them towards substitution, while also acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital analytics, and martech tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, and Mixpanel.
