Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

About the Role

We're seeking a high-agency problem solver to own delivery for our top accounts. As a Strategic Business Partner, you'll drive customer outcomes and build reusable playbooks.

Responsibilities
  • Run onboarding + ongoing success for our top enterprise accounts
  • Solve problems fast – sometimes before the customer sees them
  • Influence product roadmap through real customer insights
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays
  • Build CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ~3 years in CS / client delivery / consulting / ops experience
  • Ability to remain calm in chaotic environments
  • Proactive, scrappy, hands-on approach to work
