Human Resources Risk Management Lead

We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead risk management activities within the HR function. This role involves embedding risk management in all aspects of HR work and ensuring compliance is sustained through continued evolution of compliance programs/controls.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the strategy and work plan for the function, ensuring all activities are delivered against that plan. They will represent HR within centralized risk management forums and projects, providing HR risk management insight into central programs.
This includes interpreting central requests and facilitating delivery of required work within HR, leading HR through external reviews and audits, and owning controls testing for HR. The role also includes designing new risk related programs of work to address emerging strategic HR risk management issues.
