Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to strengthen our people and culture function.

This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, policy implementation, and employee engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations) and strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in India or UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Support payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance management.
  • Design and implement HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle queries related to HR, benefits, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build a talent pipeline for future growth.
