About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to oversee and address technical needs for our clients, promoting a positive vision for Karix. This role involves managing key accounts, investigating complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams for escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing key accounts and develop new opportunities within current clients.
  • Analyze statistics and other data to determine the level of customer service provided by Karix.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with customers to discuss issues and provide solutions.
  • Prepare weekly MIS including project status reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure resource availability for on-time project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Account Management, preferably from Telecom or IT sectors.
  • Engineering Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with analytical skills to solve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written & verbal).
