The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers who have implemented our SaaS solution, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for new products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and contribute to the results of the CSM team.
  • Write technical documentation and track multiple projects and tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 7-8 years of account management or selling experience in a technical or SaaS environment.
  • Strong customer orientation, promoting customer satisfaction, resolution, and loyalty.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com.
