About the Role:
As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue across your region. Your primary responsibility will be to translate our company objectives into actionable strategies that deliver results.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize ROI in your region, managing a team of distributors and channel partners, and handling all segments of sales including B2B, SME, institutional, and retail.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and influencing skills, financial awareness, and the ability to strategize and analyze reports. You should also have a strong knowledge of the market and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize ROI in your region
- Manage a team of distributors and channel partners to drive sales growth
- Handle all segments of sales, including B2B, SME, institutional, and retail
- Monitor sales outflow and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
