Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Business Banking Group.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Credit Risk Management: Assess and mitigate credit risk, ensuring adherence to governance and control frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, operations, sales, IT, credit, and BIU teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, Computers, or Science.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in business banking or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: ₹20 Lakh - ₹40 Lakh per annum (estimated)
