Operational Procurement in Business Services focuses on managing the entire procurement process to improve quality and automation while capturing value on key focus areas.

  • Manage daily operations and work on process improvement.
  • Perform transactional activities including spot buying, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor master data, and helpdesk service.
  • Oversee day-to-day procurement operations within the function, ensuring efficient handling of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests from initiation through to order fulfillment.
  • Reporting expertise is required to extract reports from SAP as per business requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and queries related to purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Timely communication is necessary upon inquiries from internal and external teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and experience in procurement processes.

Proficiency in SAP or similar systems is desired.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
