We are currently hiring for Procurement Specialist profiles in various locations.

Total Experience: 3 to 9 Years

Job Summary: The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services while ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving cost-effective procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source suppliers for required items;
  • Conduct preliminary audits for projects exceeding a certain threshold, including supplier site visits;
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms;
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations;

Procurement Process Management:

  • Create Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and secure necessary approvals;
  • Manage the complete procurement cycle from Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) generation using SAP system;
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of materials;
  • Verify and process shipment documents, ensuring all required documentation is complete;
  • Handle import shipments.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree;
  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships;
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and compliance requirements.
