We are seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to facilitate the approval of all IT procurement projects and ensure adherence to Group Procurement Policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate IT procurement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to SLAs.
  • Process invoices for Group IT, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT procurement processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
  • Liaise with IT vendors and internal clients across various locations and geographies to ensure seamless procurement operations.
  • Support vendor onboarding assessments and ongoing reassessments, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Resolve payment queries and discrepancies, undertaking thorough checks of invoices before processing/approvals/payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, procurement, and invoices documentation, providing regular reporting to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or invoice analysis, preferably in IT procurement.
  • Solid knowledge of IT industry procurements, including hardware, software, services, and telecom.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working experience in vendor management and basic accounting practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.
