
Channel Partner Development Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of cybersecurity by supporting our channel partner ecosystem.
- You will be responsible for providing operational support to our NextWave partner program, responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will ensure accurate partner program compliance data, troubleshoot access to the partner portal, and handle deal registration exceptions.
- Additionally, you will support partner applications and onboarding processes, as well as liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
This position provides an opportunity to lead and support business process improvements and develop strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
Your Qualifications- We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years of experience managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems or similar platforms.
- A strong customer service background and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have effective communication and presentation skills, as well as experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in G-suite, ServiceNow, SFDC, and data governance/data hygiene activities is also required.
- Demonstrated ownership of business domains or managing business processes and being accountable to stakeholders is a must.
