Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to build and maintain key partnerships with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential partnership opportunities, collaborations, and promotional activities that align with our organizational goals.
- Design and implement targeted outreach campaigns using a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, events, and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners to co-create joint initiatives, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities that drive mutual benefit.
- Develop and manage promotional campaigns to raise awareness about our organization's programs, services, and initiatives among diverse audiences.
- Craft compelling content for promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, social media posts, and press releases that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of outreach activities and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and community gatherings to promote our mission and initiatives.
- Build relationships with potential partners and stakeholders through regular meetings and networking events.
- Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to educate and inform target audiences about our work.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in corporate relations, community engagement, or related fields, preferably in an educational or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Flexibility in working hours, with occasional evening or weekend events.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for alumni engagement purposes.
