Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in information technology and a proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities from business data.
  • Lead and mentor junior analysts and support project managers in planning and delivery.
  • Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and impact analysis for new initiatives.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the domain of IT.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, BPMN).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
