Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Indore. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, providing customer service, and developing effective communication strategies. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to execute business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategy development
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and coordination
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Customer Service skills to maintain and develop client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is a plus
