Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at Cornerstone Softech as a Strategic HR Director. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans, policies, and procedures to support business growth and development.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for performance evaluations, staffing, training, and employee development to enhance organizational performance.
  • Oversee all HR activities, initiatives, systems, and strategic operations to ensure seamless delivery and maximum impact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, labor unions, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage all activities within the HR department, driving innovation and excellence in HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business results and improving organizational performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and reports to evaluate complex information and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead talent acquisition change initiatives, with a robust understanding of talent acquisition and a track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive results through effective collaboration.
