Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation and Benefits - Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Performance Management - Design and implement performance review procedures, including quarterly and annual evaluations, to ensure fair and consistent assessment of employee performance.
  • HR Policy Development - Develop and maintain fair and effective HR policies that ensure compliance with labor legislation and promote a positive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition - Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to attract and select top talent for the organization.
  • Training and Development - Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • HR Operations - Monitor and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  • Employee Relations - Act as the point of contact for labor legislation issues, employee grievances, and other employment-related matters.
  • HR Technology - Review and recommend effective HR technology solutions, including HRIS and ATS, to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Employee Retention - Measure and analyze employee retention and turnover rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • HR Leadership - Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives and programs.

Requirements and Skills

  • Work Experience - Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role, with a strong track record of success in HR management.
  • HR Systems - Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, with the ability to analyze and implement effective HR technology solutions.
  • Recruiting - Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with a strong ability to attract and select top talent.
  • Labor Legislation - Good knowledge of labor legislation, including employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance, with the ability to ensure compliance and effective management of employment-related matters.
  • Leadership - Demonstrable leadership abilities, with a strong track record of success in leading and managing HR teams.
  • Communication - Solid communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Education - BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
