Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries to engage with potential clients and drive conversions.
  • Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
  • Present customized travel packages, offers, and itineraries in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure successful conversions.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; ability to communicate confidently and clearly with domestic and international clients.
  • Prior experience in travel sales / customer service / hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and itineraries is a plus.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
