A company is seeking a professional to build sales pipelines and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the contingent (temp) staffing industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a sales pipeline and cultivating new client relationships
  • Gaining access to decision-makers and signing contracts for Full-time and/or Contingent workforce solutions and services
  • Maintaining account and sales activities in CRM
  • Developing and retaining business through client relationships
  • Collaborating on marketing activities to generate qualified target opportunities
  • Creating action plans to achieve performance targets
  • Exploring cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships
