
Sales Development Representative

A company is seeking a professional to build sales pipelines and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the contingent (temp) staffing industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a sales pipeline and cultivating new client relationships
- Gaining access to decision-makers and signing contracts for Full-time and/or Contingent workforce solutions and services
- Maintaining account and sales activities in CRM
- Developing and retaining business through client relationships
- Collaborating on marketing activities to generate qualified target opportunities
- Creating action plans to achieve performance targets
- Exploring cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Self-motivation and a drive towards achievement
- High integrity and assertive nature with strong decision-making skills
- Professional attitude and work habits
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and work independently
- Effective organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Current B2B sales experience via cold-calling and marketing campaigns in the contingent (temp) staffing industry
- Knowledgeable and skilled to develop business relationships and provide solutions
- Excellent communication skills
