Business Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned BDR to join our organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and demonstrating our innovative solutions, and negotiating and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and engage them through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity through ongoing market research.
  • Prepare sales reports and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, AI automation, and cloud services, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, with experience in sales reporting and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
