As a Strategic Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in acquiring clientele from the US geography for GoWin. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
Responsibilities- You will develop and maintain a network of contacts within the US geography to identify potential clients and acquire new business opportunities.
- Utilize your expertise in lead generation techniques and processes to reach out to key decision-makers via various social media platforms.
- Analyze market trends and develop sales plans to maximize revenue growth in the US geography.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and their requirements to optimize sales efforts.
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years of experience in international client acquisition, specifically in the US geography, is required.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites is necessary.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate should possess ebullient and self-motivated qualities, along with excellent decision-making abilities.
We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits that enhance overall compensation. The exact figure will be discussed during the interview process.
