Strategic Growth Manager

FYI CREATIVE MARKETING is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. This role involves driving business expansion, identifying new sales leads, and fostering strong relationships with existing customers.
About the RoleIn this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
- Pitching products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value proposition.
- Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets.
- Developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the AEC industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the AEC industry and its current events.
- Excellent communication, IT, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.
