Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to drive growth and expansion in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers to increase revenue growth.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer complaints.
    • Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience & Knowledge:
    • Professional experience in the BFSI industry.
    • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
    • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
