Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in MLAP.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of MLAP and other financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
