Job Description

This role involves overseeing and managing various HR operations.

  • SAP Management: Create purchase orders, process invoices, follow up on payments with approvers, maintain management information systems for all payments, execute critical invoice payments within defined timelines, resolve invoice-related queries, and process other invoices within timelines.
  • Non-SAP Invoicing: Process non-purchase order invoices, release payments as per timelines, process employee expense invoices, and consultant reimbursement bills.
  • Vendor Management: Share vendor registration formats, vet agreement documents, resolve vendor queries, update payment status, share payment advice & UTR numbers, collect agreement documents from single points of contact, and automate payment clearance processes.
  • Sodexo Card Distribution: Distribute Sodexo cards to new and existing employees, assist with query records, maintain manual sheets for Sodexo card distribution, create yearly purchase requisitions & purchase orders for various departments.
  • Onboarding: Review employment documents, verify physical documents, create employee files, create ID cards and employee IDs for corporate office employees, and hand over employee IDs to pan India location employees.
  • Manual Letter Creation: Create visa letters, internship letters, project completion letters, relieving letters, exit letters, consultant letters, and other manual letters as requested.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Plan senior management inductions, set up in-person interactions, plan tours, and coordinate with plant HR's for tour visits of senior management employees.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree (any stream)
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in operations, with 3-5 years in HR operations
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
