As a dedicated and detail-oriented Key HR Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources functions. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate employee records, assist with hiring processes, coordinate training initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Working closely with our Chief People Officer, you will address employee queries, manage internal documentation, schedule meetings, and maintain office records.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief People Officer in daily operations by ensuring timely task execution, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting the preparation of HR-related documentation.
- Contribute to key HR functions such as compensation administration, performance evaluation processes (quarterly, annual, and 360° reviews), and the development and implementation of HR policies to ensure organisation-wide compliance.
- Participate in all stages of the recruitment process and maintain an organised candidate database.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning and development initiatives across departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and management queries, providing timely and professional support in addressing concerns and resolving grievances.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling student batches, disseminating updates to staff and students, maintaining comprehensive student records, and orchestrating the coordination and scheduling of soft-skill sessions with external collaborators for each enrolled batch.
- Coordinate internal meetings and address employee logistical and support needs while overseeing office inventory management to ensure adequate supplies, efficient usage, and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain organised records, reports, and employee documentation in compliance with company standards.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in an HR Associate or similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including candidate processing and onboarding, is highly valued.
