
Strategic Partnerships Manager

This is a role that involves working closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating compelling proposals, conducting research, and building strong relationships with key partners.
Key responsibilities of the job include planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. This entails defining campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
Additionally, the Partnership Associate will be required to manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports. They will also need to leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with partners. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential. Proficiency with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems, and familiarity with paid marketing basics are necessary. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
