Key Responsibilities
- C RM Ownership: Manage, customize, and optimize our CRM system to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Process Automation: Create workflows, automations, and reports that boost team productivity and efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
- User Enablement: Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
- Insight-Driven Decision Making: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline performance, retention, and growth.
- Growth Partnership: Collaborate with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
- Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
