As a key member of the GyFTR team, the Corporate Gifting Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in the defined vertical or named accounts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieve Corporate customer acquisition in the defined vertical or named accounts.
  • Achieving Revenue and Collection targets from the set of corporate accounts as per Annual Operating Plan.
  • Act as a bridge between the organization and the client, nurturing/developing a relationship for mutual benefit.
  • Develop the right strategy to increase market share based on client needs and organizational goals.
  • Help build the relationship with the customer by providing customized solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the business, market needs, and competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
  • Ability to meet targets as per productivity norms.
