Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Corporate Gifting Branch Lead to lead our corporate gifting operations in the designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, managing a team, and ensuring the overall success of the branch.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals, identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients within the designated region, monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt the branch's offerings and strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, collaborate with clients to understand their unique gifting needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff, provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency and productivity, foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including order processing, inventory management, and quality control, ensure timely delivery of gifting solutions while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns and events, participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance the branch's visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the branch's budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control, monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, prepare accurate and timely reports on branch activities, sales performance, and market trends.
