Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to multitask.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms
  • Assist in managing daily housekeeping activities and ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time
  • Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
  • Prepare and distribute room assignments to housekeeping staff, record, monitor, and update the list of Do Not Disturb rooms
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Support team to reach common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Work Experience:
  • 1+ year experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk frequently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
