Transaction Diligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Diligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our diligence service firm, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex transactions and due diligence matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service Delivery/Execution:
    • Execute work on multiple client bases
    • Assume near-independent responsibility for smaller clients
  • Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans, and activities
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Support knowledge sharing efforts and improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
  • Networking & Identification of Opportunities:
    • Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Handled statutory audit assignments earlier
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of company financial statements, including revenue
  • Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, recent changes that have happened in India
  • Adequate reasons for movements and change in contribution margins with reference to business and items impacting financial statements
  • Provision of Section 186 & 185 of Companies Act - Procedures required for testing of revenue or employee costs
  • Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments & manage ambiguity-
