Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous finance professional with expertise in accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate should be a Commerce graduate from an English-medium institution, proficient in working with Tally ERP 9.

This role involves providing support to the finance team with accounting entries, tax-related reconciliations, vendor and bank management, and maintaining accurate financial records.

  • Recording daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9
  • Preparing and reconciling GST and TDS workings
  • Applying knowledge of TDS provisions where applicable
  • Processing vendor payments and handling vendor reconciliation
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations
  • Issuing invoices to clients and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Reconciling payment gateway transactions (Razor pay, PayU, etc.)
  • Assisting with inventory management and reporting
  • Supporting the preparation of basic financial statements
  • Coordinating with internal teams for finance-related data
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) – English medium preferred
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 is mandatory
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and related compliance
  • Knowledge of banking procedures and vendor management
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills – ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Minimum 2-4 years of experience required.
