Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance, you will play a key role in shaping business strategy and driving equity fundraising for our global business. You will work closely with CXOs and MDs to identify opportunities and develop impactful business case decks.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in fintech or broader NBFC financial services, with expertise in fundraise cycles, marketing materials, financial models, due diligence, and documentation. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of corporate finance fundamentals, valuation, and integration exercises.

  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute equity fundraising processes, meeting critical timelines.
  • Prepare and present business case decks, financial models, and other transaction-related materials to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with current and potential investors, building strong networks and partnerships.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of total experience in fintech or broader NBFC financial services.
  • Experience in at least one full fundraise cycle, with high-level ownership of marketing materials, financial model, term sheet, due diligence, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals, valuation, and integration exercises.
