As a senior finance professional in our organization, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering strategic goals for our business. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for finance reporting and analysis, assisting with budget and forecast processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the Global Corporate Banking division.
  • Develop and manage financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data, identify patterns, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports, including trend analysis and variance analysis, to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for various analyses.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • CMA / CA / CIMA / MBA from a reputable institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of MS Access & PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the finance domain, with 4+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of execution against deliverables.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with client profitability data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred. Experience in corporate business finance, management reporting, and similar environments will be considered favorably.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, ability to consider multiple dimensions of an issue.
  • Curious, energetic, and highly proactive in nature, always focusing on opportunities arising from situations.
  • No excuses culture and mindset as a belief system.
  • Taking responsibility for people/team and being a helping hand in grooming people to develop.
