Job Title: Senior Finance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Lead the accounting and financial operations team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary finance qualification such as CA or CFA, with a minimum secondary qualification such as B.Com
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounts, with significant exposure to multinational operations in the diagnostics or healthcare sector
  • Strong command over IFRS, IND-AS, and international accounting standards
  • Expertise in managing multi-country finance operations and foreign entity compliance
  • Hands-on experience with incorporation and finance function setup in foreign jurisdictions
  • Familiarity with tax structures and treaties for international subsidiaries
  • Self-starter with an ability to stay independently motivated and deliver assigned mandate
  • Experience working cross-culturally and cross-functionally with diverse colleagues
  • Prior exposure to ERP Systems such as MS Navision, SAP is mandatory and high proficiency in the use of MS Office
