We are seeking a highly skilled Client Data Specialist to join our team. As a Client Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Implement KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain confidential client documentation.
  • Understand firm-wide KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local Due Diligence (LDD), Specialized Due Diligence (SpDD) and Product Due Diligence requirements (PDD).
  • Review client data/processes to meet quality standards.
  • Interpret alerts and communicate to management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Middle office to complete cases within established timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Degree.
  • Knowledge of KYC principles with at least 2 years of experience in Audit, Control, Risk, AML, or Research.
  • Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large datasets.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to adhere to controls and compliance standards.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to achieving success in a team environment.
