
Diligent Customer Support Specialist

Our organization seeks a diligent Customer Support Specialist to guarantee the excellence and dependability of our digital products. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in customer support, strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android), and Web Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for our Mobile and Web Applications.
- Support on-site implementation of our product to clients.
- Investigate and resolve client-reported issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to escalate and fix complex problems.
- Regularly monitor application performance.
- Assist in App deployments, version rollouts, and post-release monitoring.
- Offer technical insights and solutions to internal teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to critical incidents.
- Evaluate compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and Web Applications.
- Experience with issue-tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning/afternoon).
- Familiarity with languages: English, Marathi, and Hindi.
