Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing queries related to our software through phone support and occasional on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
- Document client interactions and maintain support records
- Provide step-by-step guidance to clients navigating our software
- Conduct occasional on-site visits to assist clients with complex software needs
- Collaborate with our technical team to escalate and resolve advanced issues
- Identify common client challenges to improve our support resources
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or technical support preferred
- Applicants must be from a commerce background with professional knowledge in IT.
- Basic understanding of software applications
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
