Job Overview

This is a full-time role for Corporate Governance Specialist. As part of the diligence process, you will identify weaknesses and areas to address in potential investee companies.

The position involves coordinating with portfolio companies across the life cycle of investment. You will prepare and maintain comprehensive trackers, monitor statutory processes, and ensure compliance with financial covenants.

You will also be responsible for TRA / Escrow Account Monitoring, Internal Audit processes, and creating effective dashboards to present to leadership team on non-compliance/issues resolution.

Key Qualifications

  • Navigate middle-level working team counterparts from portfolio companies
  • Effectively coordinate and collaborate with Fund and operating company stakeholders
