Job Title: Lead - Marketplace & DTC

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our marketplace and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel sales efforts. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective pricing strategies, maintaining strong relationships with sellers, and optimizing operational processes.
  • Negotiate commercials with marketplaces to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Maintain seller account health by monitoring performance metrics, such as seller cancellation rates, SLA breaches, speed of delivery, and regional utilization.
  • Liaise closely with our marketing team to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) from marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree, preferably an MBA.
  • 6-10 years of total experience, with at least 4 years of experience managing 3P marketplace channel sales, preferably in footwear or apparel categories.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven team management skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including category and demand planning, finance, performance marketing, brand marketing, and supply chain teams.
