- Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies to increase revenue, optimize conversion rates, and expand market share across eCommerce platforms.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and product diversification.
- Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize listings, product pages, and store performance on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and others.
- Ensure product pricing, inventory levels, and descriptions are up-to-date across all channels.
- Sales Channel Expansion:
- Identify and onboard new eCommerce platforms and third-party marketplaces to diversify sales and revenue streams.
- Build a sustainable presence on emerging platforms and niche marketplaces.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (PPC, social media ads, influencer partnerships, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
- Optimize customer experience and satisfaction through effective customer service, feedback loops, and retention strategies.
- Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) across platforms such as revenue, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment.
- Use analytics tools to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth operations.
