Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Intern, located in Delhi, India. The E-commerce Intern will assist in managing online sales channels, analyzing market trends, and optimizing product listings. The role involves tasks such as maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales strategies. The intern will collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations and help in achieving sales targets.

Duration: (6 Months Internship | Time: 9 AM – 4 PM | Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000)

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Commerce and experience with E-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of Ads, Listings, Promotions & Settlement.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and market trends
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to support sales strategies
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning and development
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
