Our company seeks a seasoned professional to oversee Channel Sales operations. Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop strategic plans to drive organizational growth.
- Expand our distributor network by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners to boost sales and loyalty.
- Monitor performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Performance Management:
- Drive revenue growth and meet targets for assigned regions/national business.
- Develop and track sales plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement promotions and schemes to enhance channel performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.

Talent Development:
- Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Define performance metrics, review productivity, and provide guidance.
- Promote a culture of performance-driven customer focus within the sales organization.

Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design channel-specific programs and initiatives.
- Ensure seamless execution of brand visibility, merchandising, and retail activation programs.
- Drive digital adoption across the channel (B2B portals, partner apps, CRM tools).
- Implement efficient systems for demand forecasting and inventory management.

Quality Assurance:
- Oversee order management, credit control, and collections processes.
- Drive compliance to sales processes, agreements, and regulatory requirements.
