Workforce Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management professional to lead our Real-Time Analyst team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in planning and scheduling, with a strong understanding of workforce management concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Real-Time Analysts in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five (5) years of related call center workforce management experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in planning and scheduling, with a focus on operational excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in phone system reporting and scheduling tools, as well as Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Overall 5+ years of experience in workforce management
  • 2 years of experience leading Real-Time Management teams
  • Ability to demonstrate and articulate understanding of key workforce management concepts
