Workforce Optimization Leader

Job Overview

As a seasoned Workforce Optimization Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to improve workforce productivity, enhance labor planning, and reduce operational costs. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in forecasting, budgeting, staff scheduling, employee performance management, compliance, time and attendance, and vacation leave planning to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management, with a proven track record of maximizing manpower resources through effective forecasting and scheduling. You will lead a team of skilled WFM Planners who will work together to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workforce utilization, improve employee productivity, and drive efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate rosters of staff, including availability, preferences, and skills, to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Implement robust processes for forecasting, budgeting, staff scheduling, and employee performance management to drive business excellence.
