About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Leader to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Representing our restaurant as the first point of contact and last impression, setting the tone for exceptional service.
  • Leading a high-performing team with warmth and finesse, fostering seamless service delivery.
  • Championing outstanding guest experience, making every individual feel special and valued.
  • Coaching and guiding the team to maintain high standards of service excellence and hospitality.
  • Upselling with charm and flair, suggesting delightful treats and experiences that exceed guests' expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2-4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, exuding warmth, confidence, and solutions-oriented thinking.
  • The capacity to thrive under pressure, even in fast-paced environments with multiple tables and guests.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi, enabling effective communication with our diverse guest base.
