Customer Support Analyst

At our organization, we are seeking a talented Customer Support Analyst to play a vital role in addressing customer issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Troubleshoots complex customer issues using analytical skills and identifies root causes.
  • Provides personalized support to customers on product usage, ensuring seamless adoption and satisfaction.
  • Handles sensitive customer data import/export from production systems while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Ensures timely updates of customer data in production systems, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
  • Processes confidential information according to established guidelines and maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Contributes to the development of engaging product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generates comprehensive reports from multiple systems, highlighting key insights and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product customer support, preferably in cloud-based environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple, non-technical terms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent documentation and attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.
  • Proficiency in issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab or JIRA.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript for automating repetitive tasks.
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases for efficient data retrieval.
